Confirmation is the re-strengthening and the completion of baptismal grace.

"By the sacrament of Confirmation, (the baptized) are more perfectly bound to the Church and are enriched ith a special strength of the Holy Spirit. Thence they are, as the witnesses of Christ, more strictly obliged to spread and defend the faith by word and deed." Cathechism of the Catholic Church

The focus of our programs at Old Mission Santa Inés is to teach the candidate how to live in today's world using the Gospel as a model. "I come to serve not to be served." Matthew 20:28. This invites the candidate to be involved in his or her parish, community, and family by thought, word and deed and to spread and defend the faith.
