Are you looking for sacramental records such as a certificate of baptism or First Holy Communion or Confirmation? Since proof of receiving these sacraments is usually required to receive other sacraments such as marriage, there is a need to find sacramental records.
All sacramental records for the Archdiocese of Los Angeles are kept only at the parish where the sacrament was celebrated.
If you or your child were baptized, received First Holy Communion or were Confirmed or if you were married at Old Mission Santa Inés and wish to obtain a copy of that sacramental record, please contact our Parish Office to request a copy of your record.
When you contact our parish office to request a copy of a sacramental record, please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Your name at birth
- Date of birth
- Date of baptism (if known)
- Mother's name (including maiden name)
- Father's name
Our office staff will review your request and provide the copies you request if they are available.
